Quality rooted in need and passion…
A crucial element in ensuring the highest quality of our seeds is the proprietary Top Farms Field Multiplication System, also referred to as the Checklist. This comprehensive, standardized process is divided into more than 50 precisely defined operations, subject to rigorous cross-checking and quality control at every stage of field production.
More than 100 specialists — including machine operators, field inspectors, logistics teams, and representatives from multiple departments — are actively engaged in delivering excellence from field to final product.
The structure of the checklist defines four main stages:
The result is stable, consistent seed quality — proven in practice.
What makes our seed plantations stand out?
Preceding Crop
Our seed plantations follow strict agronomic standards — we sow exclusively after dicotyledonous crops and never after corn. This is essential to maintaining plant health. In addition, we analyze the crop history of the previous two years to ensure optimal field conditions
Position in crop rotation
Each seed plantation is carefully planned. Our crop rotations are strategically designed to ensure varietal, species, and plant health security — providing the highest quality raw material for certified seed production.
Tillage operations
Our seed plantation cultivation differs from commercial crop production. It requires a tailored fertilization strategy and more intensive, targeted crop protection.
A laboratory you can trust
From the moment the seeds arrive at our production facilities, their quality, parameters, and purity are managed by our Top Farms Accredited Laboratory in Czachorowo. Every stage of the cleaning process is continuously monitored and tested in the laboratory — right up to seed treatment and the issuance of the quality certificate.
Our laboratory has been operating since 2012 and is accredited by the Main Inspectorate of Plant Health and Seed Inspection for laboratory testing of seed material from the following plant groups:
The laboratory also provides services to external companies.
All analyses are carried out in accordance with the methodology defined by the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA 2025).
Certified Seed Facilities
We operate three modern seed plants in Poland:
in Czachorowo near Gostyń,
in Runowo near Kórnik,
in Widok near Głubczyce.
Their annual processing capacity is approximately 30,000 tonnes with cereals seeds and ca. 3000 tonnes of legumes and cover crops.
All our seed facilities hold ESTA European Seed Treatment Assurance certification, confirming full compliance with the highest quality standards throughout the entire seed production process — from intake at the plant to final distribution.
Each facility specializes in different crop species, which eliminates the risk of varietal contamination and ensures optimal processing efficiency. During the pre-cleaning and cleaning stages, we apply positive selection, focusing exclusively on seeds that meet strict size and quality parameters. This approach guarantees uniform seed lots with consistent vigor and growth potential, while non-conforming or weakly germinating seeds are systematically removed from the process.
