3 manufacturing facilities
We prepare our seeds in three manufacturing facilities: in Czachorowo, Runowo near Kórnik, and Widok near Głubczyce. To maintain the highest production quality and avoid cross-contamination of species during cleaning, each facility specializes in different crops

Quality rooted in need and passion

At the core of our quality assurance stands the proprietary Top Farms Field Multiplication System, known internally as the Checklist. This advanced and standardized framework encompasses more than 50 precisely defined field operations, each executed under strict cross-verification and multi-level quality control protocols.

Over 100 dedicated specialists — including machine operators, field inspectors, logistics teams, and representatives from multiple departments — contribute their expertise at every stage of the production cycle. From the first field operation to the final packaged seed, excellence is not an outcome, but a controlled and measurable standard.

The structure of the checklist defines four main stages:

  • Planning and field preparation for sowing,
  • Sowing, multiplication, and crop protection,
  • Managing the seed plantation,
  • Harvesting and storage

The result is stable, consistent seed quality — proven in practice.

What makes our seed plantations stand out?

Preceding Crop

Our seed plantations adhere to stringent agronomic standards — we sow exclusively after dicotyledonous crops and never following corn, a principle fundamental to safeguarding plant health and varietal integrity. In addition, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the field’s cropping history over the preceding two seasons to ensure optimal agronomic conditions and minimize production risk.

Position in crop rotation

Each seed plantation is meticulously planned within a structured agronomic framework. Our crop rotation schemes are strategically engineered to safeguard varietal purity, species integrity, and overall plant health — thereby securing premium-quality raw material for certified seed production.

Tillage operations

Our seed plantation cultivation differs from commercial crop production. It requires a tailored fertilization strategy and more intensive, targeted crop protection.

A laboratory you can trust

From the moment seeds arrive at our production facilities, their quality, parameters, and purity are overseen and controlled by the Top Farms Accredited Laboratory in Czachorowo. Every stage of the cleaning process is continuously monitored and verified under laboratory supervision — through to seed treatment and the issuance of the final quality certificate.

Our laboratory has been operating since 2012 and is accredited by the Main Inspectorate of Plant Health and Seed Inspection to conduct official laboratory testing of seed material from the following plant groups:

  • Cereals
  • Large-seeded forage legumes
  • Other forage species
  • Forage grasses
  • Small-seeded forage legumes
  • Oil and fiber crops

The laboratory also provides analytical services to external companies.

All analyses are performed in accordance with the methodology defined by the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA 2026).

Certified Seed Facilities

We operate three modern seed processing plants in Poland:

  • in Czachorowo, near Gostyń,

  • in Runowo, near Kórnik,

  • in Widok, near Głubczyce.

Their combined annual processing capacity amounts to approximately 30,000 tonnes of cereal seed and approximately 3,000 tonnes of legumes and cover crops.

All our seed facilities hold ESTA (European Seed Treatment Assurance) certification, confirming full compliance with the highest quality standards across the entire seed production process — from plant intake through to final distribution.

Each facility specializes in designated crop species, thereby eliminating the risk of varietal cross-contamination and ensuring optimal processing efficiency. During the pre-cleaning and cleaning stages, we apply a positive selection approach, focusing exclusively on seed that meets stringent size and quality parameters. This methodology guarantees uniform seed lots with consistent vigor and growth potential, while non-conforming or weakly germinating seed is systematically removed from the production stream

What makes us unique?

As both farmers and consumers, we test in real practice and in Polish climatic conditions the very varieties we offer

Every variety we offer is chosen by our agronomists, farmers with hands-on experience in large commercial operations.

Our original field multiplication system monitors every stage of crop growth.
